Fragrant Wooden House Polomka is located in the village of Polomka in Horehron, in the bosom of the Low Tatras under the Homôlka forest. This location is a great place for nature lovers, who will appreciate the many hiking and cycling routes, the possibility of visiting nearby caves or rafting the Hron River. Lesnícky open-air museum, Čiernohorská železnica or Muránska plainina National Park are definitely worth a visit. During the winter, excellent conditions are offered for skiing in the nearby Pohorelská Maša ski resort, the nearby Polomka - Búčnik resort or many larger ski resorts in the vicinity.
